Why We Created It

Old Town Tustin is a special place. Historic buildings, local businesses that have been here for decades, community events that bring people together — but most people don't know what's here.

The HUB exists to change that. We host free events, shine a spotlight on local businesses, and build something people actually want to come back to. It's about supporting local, creating connections, and making Old Town Tustin accessible to everyone.

Who's Behind The HUB?

The HUB is a community initiative presented by Own It Now Realty and the Perez Brothers, a local real estate team based in Old Town Tustin.

We're not here to sell you anything. We're here because we love this neighborhood and believe in building something real. Old Town Tustin deserves more visibility, more community, and more people discovering what's already here.

The HUB is our way of giving back to a neighborhood we genuinely care about. Every event we host is free. Every business we spotlight is community-first. Every stamp on the Passport is an invitation to discover something new.
